<p>　　一、水土保持方案批复情况</p>
<p>　　内蒙古鄂尔多斯准格尔经济开发区大路产业园位于鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗，该园区水土保持方案于2011年1月12日由内蒙古自治区水利厅以内水保﹝2011﹞2号批复。</p>
<p>　　二、水土保持方案承诺制管理和水土保持方案论证负面清单</p>
<p>　　按照水利部办公厅《关于做好生产建设项目水土保持承诺制管理的通知》（办水保〔2020〕160号）、《关于进一步优化开发区内生产建设项目水土保持管理工作的意见》（办水保﹝2020﹞235号），开发区内应当编制水土保持方案的项目全面实行承诺制管理（列入水土保持方案论证负面清单的除外）。</p>
<p>　　列入负面清单，不适用承诺制管理的情形为:</p>
<p>　　开发区内单体项目在开发区外单独设置弃渣场的。</p>
<p>　　不适用承诺制管理的项目，需单独编制水土保持方案，按规定的审批权限和程序报批。</p>
<p>　　按照“公开、公平、公正”的原则，向社会公示公告并接受公众监督。</p>
