<p align="justify">　　内蒙古鄂尔多斯准格尔经济开发区大路产业园位于鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗境内，行政区划隶属准格尔旗管辖。产业园分为4个区块：东工业园区、南工业园区、西工业园区、环保产业园和填埋厂。</p>
<p align="justify">　　为全面提升服务保障自治区高质量发展能力，优化营商环境，提高服务效率和质量，根据《关于全面推行区域地质灾害危险性评估工作的通知》内自然资字〔2021〕104号文件要求，内蒙古鄂尔多斯准格尔经济开发区大路产业园通过公开招标方式，于2021年5月25日发布招标公告，2021年6月7日内蒙古质辰测绘有限公司收到该项目中标通知书。本次评估面积约43.52km2，地理坐标为：东经110°55′15″～111°20′40"，北纬39°57′54"～40°05′02"。评估工作自2021年7月26日开始到2021年10月30日结束，历经资料收集、野外调查和室内综合分析、图件绘制和报告编写三个阶段。</p>
<p align="justify">　　2021年8月31日，鄂尔多斯市自然资源局邀请有关专家在呼和浩特市召开评审会，对《内蒙古鄂尔多斯准格尔经济开发区大路产业园地质灾害危险性评估报告》进行了评审，并于2021年10月30日取得专家评审意见。</p>
<p align="justify">　　评估范围内工程建设项目共享区域评估成果，不再单独开展地质灾害危险性评估。列入负面清单的建设项目，以及位于区域评估成果中划定的地质灾害危险性中等及以上区域的工程建设项目，需单独开展地质灾害危险性评估。</p>
<p align="justify">　　负面清单中包括以下五类项目：①集中供水水源地建设工程，大型水利工程；②重要线状工程（铁路、地铁、高速公路、二级以上公路、高架路、隧道工程、输变电工程、油气管道等）；③航空建设工程、特大桥工程、港口码头；④对环境具有较大影响的重化工项目、垃圾填埋场项目、储油库、液（气）罐站场项目、矿产资源开发项目等；⑤地质灾害防治主管部门认为需要单独进行地质灾害危险性评估的其它建设项目。</p>
